About ‘The Reclaimers Street Orchestra’ Blog
The Reclaimers Street Orchestra blog (http://streetorchestra.reclaimersonline.com) is dedicated to The Reclaimers Street Orchestra. This is the place to write about your experience of being a part of The Reclaimers Street Orchestra. You could write about upcoming performances, past performances, group rehearsal, song writing, practicing your instrument at home – anything related to the activities of The Street Orchestra. Some ideas to get you started might be: How do you feel about preparing for the Woodford Folk Festival? Did you enjoy the group rehearsal? What songs did you play? What’s your favourite song to play? How do you like to practice at home? Do you have any tips to share with other players? If you feel comfortable sharing your story, you might like share a little about your background, who you are and what your goals are. Remember that the blog is public – anyone on the internet can read what you write, so only write what you feel comfortable sharing publicly.
To give you an idea about the kinds of things to write about, here are the pre-made Categories:
* Performances
* Personal Stories
* Practice
* Recruitment
* Rehearsal
* Uncategorized
If what you want to write doesn’t fit into one of these Categories, you can create your own new Category, but try to avoid this if possible. The reason for this is so we don’t end up with lots of different Categories that only have one Post each. The option is there to create a new Category if you get stuck, but otherwise try to fit your post into one of the Categories that are already there. Also, if you don’t choose a Category for your Post, then it will end up in the ‘Uncategorized’ section.
